This hotel was really centrally located and the staff from the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel ended up typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Extremely pleasant hotel and excellent area. I Definitely endorse Ptk Residence!

Excellent location, almost everything is nearby. Staff members are super pleasant and handy and speak great English. There are actually activities every evening and it´s a very good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s incredibly small. Fantastic quality for the price!

Really pleasant and clean spot. The placement is excellent, exactly what we required. Beds were very comfortable.
