The staff is a ten, very attentive and friendly. The foods, the services, every little thing was very good. We spent a terrific stay as well as the dinner was mouth watering. We cherished Lake Saroma Tsuruga Resort. We will come again.

Incredibly good and perfectly clean place. The placement is great, just what we required. Beds were being very nice. There wasn’t much of the social atmosphere but surely is great for an entire night relaxation. I appreciated my stay here enormously and will most likely reserve once more for my upcoming visit here.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at any time. The beds ended up comfy and the other guests were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but they fix it. Really wonderful hotel and great location. Unquestionably will suggest Lake Saroma Tsuruga Resort!

Stayed for two days with my husband. Beds were cozy and the room was always pretty clean. The employees have been incredibly helpful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
