Pretty pleasurable experience at Promenade Hotel Tawau. We are going to repeat. The breakfast was excellent and our holidays was magnificent.

Stayed for two days with my spouse. Beds ended up big enough and the space was always clean. The personnel were being pretty helpful and welcoming and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

I have stayed for two days with my wife. Beds were comfortable and the space was usually clean up. Staff members have been incredibly helpful and friendly and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel at least during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were available at every hours. The beds ended up comfortable and the other guests had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Quite good hotel and excellent area. I Definitely suggest Promenade Hotel Tawau!
