This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members from the reception were there at all the time. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly nice hotel and wonderful area. I Definitely advise this hotel!

Fantastic location, almost everything is close. Staff are super pleasant and well prepared and speak excellent English. There are actually activities every single evening and it´s a good way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s quite slight. Great quality for the price!

Great location, everything is nearby. Team are super pleasant and useful and talk wonderful English. You will find activities every night and it´s a very good way to socializing with people. Me and my lover stayed at Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway for 3 days to exploring the city. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway is located in an incredibly central position, it is thoroughly clean as well as the beds are very comfy! There is just one factor I’d personally suggest going ahead and that’s to provide extra hotel amenities, shower gel especially. In general, We were very pleased with this place and will surely suggest it to everyone planning to drop by Koh Chang.
