Excellent staff, extremely welcoming and useful particularly throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic deal. The receptionist is awesome, is familiar with excellent locations to visit for visitors.

I have booked the room for two nights with my wife. Beds ended up cozy and the space was always clean up. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big plus the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

If you are visiting Kota Kinabalu you have to book a room here. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.
