Assuming that you are visiting Hakone you should reserve this hotel. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

I have stayed for two nights with my spouse. Beds ended up big enough and the space was always clean. Staff members were being incredibly helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and also the shower was good. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Hakone Highland Hotel is found in a very central place, it’s thoroughly clean and the beds are very cozy! There is just one matter I’d personally counsel heading ahead and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. Overall, I was very pleased with this stay and would definitely suggest it to everyone aiming to head over to Hakone.
