The staff is a 10, quite attentive and pleasant. The foods, the amenities, every thing was Superb. We enjoyed an awesome stay plus the supper was delightful. We cherished Halong Plaza Hotel. We’re going to come back there!

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff in the reception were available at any hrs. The beds had been comfy and the other guests were being typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Great hotel, every little thing is close. Personnel are super friendly and handy and talk wonderful English. You can find activities each night time and it´s a great way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are good and towels changed everyday. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s incredibly minor. Wonderful value for the price!
