Fantastic place, anything is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and useful and talk good English. You’ll find activities every night and it´s a good way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Wonderful value for the money!

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for a few days to exploring the city. Napalai Hotel is found in a really central place, it really is clean and the beds are really comfy! There is only one thing I’d personally propose going ahead and that is to provide additional hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff from the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a problem.
