The personnel is a 10, extremely attentive and friendly. The food, the amenities, every thing was Great. We spent an excellent stay as well as the meal was mouth watering. We beloved Hotel Jen Hong Kong. We’ll come back there!

Wonderful location, almost everything is few steps. Team are super friendly and well prepared and talk wonderful English. There are activities just about every night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s really minor. Good value for the money!

Incredibly pleasant and clean hotel. The location is excellent, exactly what we were looking for. Beds were being very comfy. There wasn’t a great deal of the social atmosphere but it´s very good for a full night rest. I loved my stay here enormously and will probably come once again for my upcoming come to Hong Kong.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the other guests ended up usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Quite pleasant hotel and terrific area. Surely will suggest Hotel Jen Hong Kong!

I have booked the room for 6 days with my spouse. Beds were comfy and the space was normally clean up. The personnel were pretty handy and welcoming and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.
