Biwako Ryokusuitei

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff at the reception were available at every hrs. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests ended up typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Very awesome hotel and wonderful location. Surely will advise this hotel!

The staff is a ten, pretty attentive and welcoming. The meals, the services, almost everything was Excellent. We enjoyed a terrific stay as well as evening meal was delicious. We loved Biwako Ryokusuitei. We’re going to come again.

Incredibly pleasant and clean spot. The placement is great, just what we wanted. Beds were being incredibly nice. There wasn’t a great deal about the social ambiance nevertheless it is superior for a complete night rest. I loved my stay here enormously and will probably reserve once more for my following stop by to Otsu.

Excellent place, everything is nearby. Employees are super friendly and well prepared and talk excellent English. You can find activities just about every evening and it´s a good way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every day. Only thing was my bed for being a little bit squeaky but that’s extremely small. Excellent value for the price!
