Very enjoyable experience at Lake Akan Tsuruga Wings. We are going to repeat. The breakfast was fantastic and our stay was magnificent.

This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff members at the reception were there at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Stayed for two nights with my wife. Beds were being cozy and the space was normally pretty clean. Staff members have been extremely useful and friendly and every day took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big as well as the closet. The bathroom have been clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a super social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

If you are visiting Kushiro you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. And a great atmosphere!
