Stayed for 4 days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the room was normally clean up. The personnel were really helpful and pleasant and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large plus the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was super cool. Not a very social hotel at least during our stay.

Fantastic staff, quite helpful and useful especially throughout the day shifts. For the price its an excellent deal. The receptionist is brilliant, knows fantastic places to visit for travellers.

If you are visiting Osaka you have to book at Hotel Keihan Universal Tower. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
