Wonderful employees, incredibly friendly and helpful in particular during the day shifts. For the value its a wonderful offer. The receptionist is awesome, knows good places to go to for travellers.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel on the reception were there at any hrs. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel were normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Pretty awesome hotel and terrific area. I Certainly advise Shama Heda Serviced Apartment!

Really awesome and perfectly clean place. The location is great, just what we needed. Beds were extremely comfy. There wasn’t much of the social atmosphere however it´s very good for a complete night rest. I liked my days here enormously and will most likely come yet again for my next stop by to Hangzhou.
