The staff members is a ten, pretty attentive and friendly. The food items, the amenities, anything was very good. We enjoyed an incredible stay and the evening meal was delicious. We loved Regal Plaza Hotel, Hangzhou. We will come back there!

Wonderful location, everything is close. Employees are tremendous pleasant and helpful and speak excellent English. There are activities each evening and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with people today. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only thing was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s very slight. Fantastic quality for the money!
