This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel in the reception were available at any hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Quite great hotel and great location. Unquestionably will advise Elegant Horizons!
