Good staff, incredibly welcoming and useful in particular during the day shifts. For the cost its a great deal. The receptionist is magnificent, knows great spots to visit for travelers.

Fantastic location, everything is close by. Employees are tremendous welcoming and handy and talk great English. You’ll find activities every single night time and it´s an excellent way to meet people nowadays. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was beds are a little noisy but that’s incredibly small. Excellent value for the money!

If you are travelling to Kuala Lumpur you have to book at Flamingo By The Lake, Kuala Lumpur. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.

Really pleasant and perfectly clean place. The location is great, precisely what we wanted. Beds were being quite comfortable. There wasn’t much about the social atmosphere but it really is great for an entire night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will probably reserve again for my upcoming visit to Kuala Lumpur.
