Fantastic employees, incredibly friendly and helpful specially during the day shifts. For the cost its a fantastic offer. The receptionist is wonderful, is familiar with fantastic locations to visit for tourists.

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at every hours. The beds had been comfy and the people in the hotel had been normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a problem. Assuming that you are travelling to Seminyak you have to book at The Light Exclusive Villas and SPA. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Super location, every thing is within walking distance. Staff are tremendous friendly and handy and speak great English. You’ll find activities just about every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s really slight. Good quality for the money!
