The staff members is a 10, really attentive and helpful. The foodstuff, the facilities, anything was Excellent. We spent an excellent stay as well as meal was perfect. We beloved Hangzhou West City Hotel. We are going to come again.

I have booked the room for 2 nights with my fiance. Beds were being comfortable and the space was usually pretty clean. The staff have been really helpful and pleasant and every day made us feel like home. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a very social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Rooms are big and also the closet. The bathroom was clean and also the shower was good. Not a super social hotel at least all along our stay.
