This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the personnel from the reception were available at any hrs. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, but they fix it. Really nice hotel and great location. I Definitely suggest Karon Hill The Ark by TropicLook!
