This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff at the reception were there at any hours. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty wonderful hotel and terrific area. I Definitely suggest this place!

Wonderful place, almost everything is few steps. Personnel are super friendly and helpful and talk good English. There are activities every night time and it´s a good way to meet people today. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a little noisy but that’s incredibly minor. Excellent value for the price!

King Hotel Astana is found in an exceptionally central placement, it really is thoroughly clean along with the beds are incredibly comfy! There is only one thing I’d personally suggest going forward and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. However, I was very happy with this place and would certainly suggest it to everyone planning to visit Astana.
