The workers is a 10, quite attentive and welcoming. The foodstuff, the facilities, almost everything was Great. We spent an excellent stay and the supper was delightful. We loved Shinshu Matsushiro Royal Hotel. We are going to come back there!

This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members in the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Quite good hotel and wonderful area. I Definitely endorse this place!

Extremely good and perfectly clean hotel. The area where is located is great, exactly what we required. Beds ended up really nice. There wasn’t a lot of the social atmosphere however it´s good for an entire night relaxation. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will probably come again for my next stop by to Nagano.
