This hotel was really centrally situated and the personnel at the reception were available at any time. The beds were cozy and the other guests were generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. I have booked the room for 3 nights with my husband. Beds ended up comfy and the room was constantly clean up. The employees were being extremely handy and welcoming and every day made us feel good. Rooms are big and the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel for a couple of days for holidays to discovering the city. Wu Yang Hotel is situated in a very central position, it is clean along with the beds are certainly cozy! There is only one detail I’d recommend going ahead and that’s to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Over-all, I had been more than happy with this stay and would certainly suggest it to anyone aiming to visit Hangzhou.
