Hotel New Otani Saga

I have stayed for four days with my spouse. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was usually pretty clean. Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are big as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

The employees were being pretty useful and pleasant and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big plus the closet. Bathroom have been clean and also the shower was good. This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff from the reception were there at any hrs. The beds had been cozy and the other guests were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty awesome hotel and fantastic location. Unquestionably will advise this hotel!
