This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members in the reception were available at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel were normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, leave it like that in the end. If you are visiting Osaka you have to reserve a room here. The hotel is renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
