The personnel is a 10, extremely attentive and pleasant. The food, the facilities, every little thing was Superb. We enjoyed a fantastic stay and the supper was tasty. We beloved Hanoi Pearl Hotel. We’ll come back there!

This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at any hours. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal.
