The staff members is a 10, really attentive and pleasant. The food items, the services, anything was very good. We enjoyed a fantastic stay as well as the dinner was delightful. We liked Akita Castle Hotel. We will come back there!

Wonderful place, every little thing is close. Staff are super friendly and useful and speak fantastic English. You will find activities each and every evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every day. Only thing was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s quite insignificant. Excellent quality for the money!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were there at any time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air conditioning was off and on, maybe my mistake using it.
