This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel at the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds were cozy and the other guests were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Really wonderful hotel and wonderful location. I Certainly endorse Hostal Graciela!

I have booked the room for 2 days with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the space was constantly clean. Staff members were being incredibly helpful and pleasant and every day made us feel good. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was super cool. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Super hotel, everything is close by. Staff members are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and speak fantastic English. You will find activities each night time and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a tiny bit noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Good value for the money!
