Assuming that you are travelling to France you should reserve at Quality Suites NYC Gateway. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal.
