Great staff members, pretty pleasant and helpful specially during the day shifts. For the price its a great deal. The receptionist is brilliant, is familiar with great places to visit for travellers.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff from the reception were there at any hours. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Extremely great hotel and good location. I Certainly recommend this hotel!

Me and my family stayed here for a few nights to discovering the place. Evergreen Laurel Hotel Penang is located in an exceedingly central place, it is thoroughly clean and the beds are very comfy! There is only one detail I would recommend heading ahead and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. However, I had been more than happy with this stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to head to Malaysia.

Great place, everything is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous pleasant and well prepared and speak excellent English. You will find activities just about every night and it´s an excellent way to socializing with persons. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a little noisy but that’s quite small. Good value for the price!
