I have stayed for 2 nights with my husband. Beds were cozy and the space was constantly clean. The staff were really helpful and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not a super social hotel at least all along our stay.

Me and my family stayed at Baan Khun Ya Ayutthaya for 7 days for holidays to discovering the city. Baan Khun Ya Ayutthaya is found in an exceptionally central place, it truly is thoroughly clean and the beds are certainly comfy! There is only one detail I’d counsel going forward and that is to provide much more hotel amenities, shower gel specifically. In general, We were very happy with this choice and will surely recommend it to anyone looking to go to Thailand.

If you are travelling to Thailand you should reserve a room here. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are very clean. In general great quality and unique ambience.

I have booked the room for 4 days with my fiance. Beds ended up comfy and the space was usually pretty clean. The employees have been extremely helpful and welcoming and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean plus the shower was great. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally positioned and the staff members from the reception were there at any time. The beds ended up comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice. The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Extremely great hotel and excellent location. Surely will recommend this hotel!

Great location, anything is close. Team are tremendous pleasant and helpful and speak fantastic English. You will discover activities each evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed everyday. Only problem was beds are a little bit noisy but that’s pretty slight. Fantastic value for the price!
