This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been comfy and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Pretty wonderful hotel and good area. Undoubtedly recommend Mama O Chai Koh Tao Ekaaaetaa!

I have stayed for 7 days with my husband. Beds ended up comfy and the space was always clean. The staff have been quite helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was excellent. Not an exceptionally social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

If you are travelling to Thailand you should book this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. The overall atmosphere was alright.

Excellent place, every thing is few steps. Employees are tremendous welcoming and well prepared and speak good English. You can find activities each night and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and services are good and towels changed on a daily basis. Only thing was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s pretty slight. Good value for the price!
