Stayed for four days with my husband. Beds ended up comfortable and the space was always pretty clean. The staff were being quite helpful and friendly and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large as well as the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean plus the shower was good. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

The reserving method is very simple and intuitive, the hotel and cafe service is great, very attentive and helpful, the place is renovated along with the rooms are incredibly thoroughly clean.

I like to recommend it 100%. The breakfast had almost everything, plenty of assortment and with wonderful atmosphere. The space was not extremely large, but my spouse and I agreed it is terrific.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff from the reception were available at any hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel had been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty awesome hotel and wonderful location. I Absolutely suggest Naga Residence!
